Experienced researcher and expert in the field of printing (over 30 years of professional experience), particularly in prepress processes, Chief Specialist at the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Polymer Materials, Printing Materials Centre. Translator of books and technical articles, author of three books available on Apple Books, co-author of four patent applications and over 20 scientific publications. Involved in the implementation and maintenance of management systems compliant with ISO 9001/14001 standards. Currently works on innovative printing materials with unique properties (e.g. antibacterial inks or materials absorbing UV radiation), and also helps determine the carbon footprint of printed products.

For over 20 years, he has supported packaging manufacturers in Europe in implementing modern technologies, optimizing processes and integrating production systems.He specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions based on Esko platforms and integrations with systems such as GMG, Heidelberg, Kodak, EFI, Caldera, ColorLogic, X-Rite, MeasureColor, EyeC, GlobalVision, as well as ERP and MIS solutions such as CERM, Radius, HiFlow, Sigma and Odoo.As the first certified G7 expert in Poland, he has been promoting a modern approach to printing process standardization, color management and data flow automation for many years. In his work, he combines knowledge of information technology, printing technologies, data analysis and Lean Manufacturing, designing solutions that increase production efficiency, quality and profitability.Throughout his career, he has held roles as a sales representative, consultant, solution architect, implementation specialist and sales engineer, delivering numerous international projects for packaging manufacturers, printing houses and technology suppliers. For her professional achievements, she was honoured with the Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2023 and the Gold Cross of Merit – a state distinction awarded for contributions to the development of the printing industry.

Jacek Kuśmierczyk has been actively shaping the development of the Polish and European printing industry for nearly four decades. Since 1986, he has been involved in business and craft self-government activities, cooperating with craft chambers in Poland and Germany and co-creating key organizations representing the printing sector. He is the founder of the Polish Chamber of Printing and has served as its President since 2021, co-founder of the Polish Flexographers Association, and Chancellor of the Polish Brotherhood of Gutenberg Knights.For many years, he has consistently supported the development of vocational education and industry-based training. He is the initiator of numerous projects aimed at strengthening cooperation between business, science and public administration, as well as developing the dual education system. He actively supports initiatives aimed at improving the competences of future professionals for the printing and packaging industries. Thanks to his initiative and long-term commitment, the Polish Chamber of Printing became the only industry partner in Poland of the Vocational Skills Centre in the field of printing, bookbinding and packaging in Opole. For his contributions, he was honoured with the title of Honorary Professor of Shanghai Publishing and Printing College (SPPC). He is also the initiator and leader of one of the most important research projects in the industry – the reports “The Printing and Printed Packaging Market”, providing comprehensive analyses and development forecasts for the sector. The 2026 edition of the report expands its scope to include Central Europe, China, India, Japan and Turkey, creating a unique source of knowledge about the global printing and printed packaging market. Thanks to his many years of experience, extensive international cooperation and commitment to the development of the industry, Jacek Kuśmierczyk is one of the most recognized experts and leaders of the Polish printing sector.
