The exhibition presented successive stages of modern print production - from prepress and material preparation, through digital, large-format and UV printing, to bookbinding, finishing, POS production and personalization. Technologies could be seen directly at the stands of companies such as AKONDA, UVPRINTER.PL, AVARGRAF, INTEGART, MAGENTA VISION, GRAFMASZ, POLKOS, EMB SYSTEMS and PRINTOMIX. The significance of the event was strengthened by broad industry support. Warsaw Print-Tech Expo was supported by, among others, Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz, Polska Izba Druku, Polska Izba Fleksografów, Polska Izba Opakowań, Polskie Stowarzyszenie Sitodruku i Druku Cyfrowego, Świat DRUKU, Print News and Imprinta. Their presence emphasized the importance of the event as a meeting place for technology, business and expert knowledge.

An important part of the programme was the International Conference for the Printing Industry, featuring the tracks ``Prospects and challenges for the printing industry``, ``Marketing for printing companies`` and ``We Love Print``. Experts included Jacek Hamerliński, Krzysztof Skrobot, Edyta Bednarska, Jacek Kuśmierczyk and prof. Małgorzata Jakubowska. Discussions focused not only on technological development, but also on the competitiveness of printing companies, market changes and the future of the entire sector. One of the most ceremonial moments of the event was the presentation of the Excellence Award Trade Fair Medals. Which companies and solutions gained industry recognition?
