PERSPECTIVES AND CHALLENGES FOR THE PRINTING INDUSTRY – 3ND EDITION

The printing industry is not standing still, although many of its everyday elements remain surprisingly similar: the same technologies, materials, deadlines, and increasingly demanding customers. The question is therefore not only how to keep up with change, but above all: what should we build our competitive advantage on today, and what can truly set us apart?

These challenges, opportunities, and unconventional directions for development will be discussed during the third edition of the conference “Perspectives and Challenges for the Printing Industry”, which will take place on September 22 during the Warsaw Print Tech Expo trade fair in Nadarzyn. The focus will be on trends in printing, applications of artificial intelligence, and challenges that are increasingly influencing the way companies operate throughout the entire supply chain.

The conference will conclude with a discussion panel featuring representatives of industry organizations, dedicated to education, competencies, trends, and what is worth changing before the market forces us to do so.

We warmly invite you!

WE LOVE PRINT

We LOVE Print: Innovations from Poland at Print-Tech EXPO

At the upcoming edition of the Warsaw Print-Tech Expo in Nadarzyn, the editorial team will prepare another installment of the We LOVE Print project, this time dedicated to a topic that appears far too rarely in industry communication.

The theme of the conference will be: We LOVE Print: Innovations from Poland.

We aim to showcase solutions created by individuals, teams, and companies from Poland that not only address the needs of modern printing and graphic arts but are also increasingly being implemented beyond our local market. We are talking about technologies, tools, systems, and ideas that were developed close to home and today are used in printing houses, production companies, and design environments across various continents.

In the industry, we naturally follow the development of global manufacturers, their R&D departments, new technological platforms, and product launches presented at the largest international events. This is important and necessary, but at the same time we too rarely ask ourselves: what innovative solutions are being created here – in Poland?

And more is being created than one might expect.

During the prepared panel discussion, We LOVE Print: Innovations from Poland, we want to present the authors of selected solutions, talk about the journey from idea to implementation, and show examples of how specific technologies are applied in practice. We are not only interested in stories of success. We also want to discuss how innovation is created in a technical industry, what the commercialization process looks like, what barriers must be overcome, and why Polish solutions have the potential to become visible far beyond the local market.

The conference and panel will take place during the Warsaw Print-Tech Expo, on 22–24 September 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn.

Details regarding the program, panel participants, and the solutions presented will be announced soon.
