A new dimension of printing at Warsaw Print-Tech Expo 2026

Digital, offset, large-format and UV printing, process automation, personalization, prepress and bookbinding – the modern printing industry is developing in many directions at the same time. From 22–24 September 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the 4th edition of Warsaw Print-Tech Expo will bring together technology manufacturers, printing companies, suppliers and industry experts.

The exhibition will cover machinery, software, materials and solutions used at successive stages of production – from file preparation, printing and marking to finishing, POS production, textile printing and personalization.

A broad group of industry patrons and partners plays an important role in the event. Warsaw Print-Tech Expo is supported by, among others, Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz, Polska Izba Druku, Polska Izba Fleksografów, Polska Izba Opakowań, Polskie Stowarzyszenie Sitodruku i Druku Cyfrowego, Świat DRUKU, Print News and Imprinta. The presence of organizations representing different segments of the market strengthens the expert character of the event and creates a space for discussion about technology, standards, skills and the future of the sector.

Exhibitors will include AKONDA, UVPRINTER.PL, AVARGRAF, INTEGART, MAGENTA VISION, GRAFMASZ, Tecnia Europe, POLKOS, EMB SYSTEMS and PRINTOMIX. It will be an opportunity to compare solutions from multiple suppliers and see the technologies up close.

The programme will be complemented by the International Conference for the Printing Industry, featuring three thematic tracks: “Prospects and challenges for the printing industry”, “Marketing for printing companies” and “We Love Print”. Speakers will include Jacek Hamerliński, Krzysztof Skrobot, Edyta Bednarska, Jacek Kuśmierczyk and prof. Małgorzata Jakubowska.

Three days, numerous technologies and one meeting place for the industry. From 22–24 September, it is worth being at Ptak Warsaw Expo to see the direction in which modern printing is evolving.
